Don LaFontaine in my opinion and that of many others was the greatest over all voice over artist of all time. The "king" in fact.
Don LaFontaine passes away last year due to an unexpected illness and to the shock of all who knew him.
Don was a kind and generous man, a true artist who loved to help and inspire so many of us in the business with the sharing of not only his talent, but also his guidance and direction.
We had a brief one year relationship via email as Don helped me along in my career by giving me great advice and some information as to the best contacts in the industry.
With the new found confidence that Don gave me, I was immediately able to land a contract with a company that hosts one of the biggest award ceremonies in the real estate industry, the ARDA Awards! Don even congratulated me on the gain and it was sincere. You could feel the warmth and sincerity transcend right through the page!
Don LaFontaine will really be missed forever by all of those whom have known him and in virtually any capacity.
